False Cerebral Aneusysm due to a Ruptured Cerebral Micro Arteriovenous Malformation

Abstract

|
In a case with a ruptured cerebral micro arteriovenous malformation, a false aneurysm was combined.
Evacuating intracerebral hematoma, false cerebral aneurysm was removed and the malformed vessels were excised too.
The sequence of diagnosis and surgical management of the false cerebral aneurysm were described.
